ENHYPEN 엔하이픈

I-LAND's live finale formed a seven-member group from Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon and NI-KI. ENHYPEN debuted on November 30 with BORDER : DAY ONE.

The group's name refers to the hyphen that connects words: the members connect with one another, discover each other and grow together. Jungwon serves as leader.

ENHYPEN followed their debut with BORDER : CARNIVAL in April and the Japanese single BORDER : 儚い in July. Their first studio album, DIMENSION : DILEMMA, arrived on October 12.

DIMENSION : ANSWER repackaged the first studio album in January. The group then released MANIFESTO : DAY 1 in July and began its first world tour, MANIFESTO, in Seoul in September.

Japanese releases during the year included the single DIMENSION : 閃光 and the studio album 定め (SADAME).

DARK BLOOD was released in May with "Bite Me" as its lead single. The FATE world tour began in Seoul in July, followed by concerts in Japan and the United States.

The Japanese single 結 -YOU- arrived in September. ORANGE BLOOD followed in November with "Sweet Venom"; Jay participated in writing the song's lyrics.

ENHYPEN released the special album MEMORABILIA in May for the DARK MOON series. Their second Korean studio album, ROMANCE : UNTOLD, followed on July 12.

The WALK THE LINE world tour began in October. ROMANCE : UNTOLD -daydream-, a repackaged edition of the studio album, was released on November 11.

The group released the English-language single "Loose" on April 4 and performed at Coachella on April 12 and 19. DESIRE : UNLEASH followed on June 5.

Their fourth Japanese single, 宵 -YOI-, was released on CD on July 29.

THE SIN : VANISH was released on January 16. Heeseung left ENHYPEN on March 10 while remaining signed to Belift Lab for solo work. Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and NI-KI continued as a six-member group and opened the BLOOD SAGA tour in Seoul in May.

THE SIN : BLISS, released on August 21, was ENHYPEN's first album as six. Led by "Bloody Paradise", it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 dated September 5, giving the group its first chart-topper there.
