SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan and Joshua to Debut as Unit JxJ With Mini Album "DREAMSCAPE"

SEVENTEEN members Jeonghan and Joshua are set to launch a new sub-unit named JxJ. According to their agency PLEDIS Entertainment, the pair will officially debut as a duo on October 19 at 6 p.m. KST, when they release their first mini album, titled "DREAMSCAPE." On September 24 KST, the agency followed up its initial announcement by unveiling a full schedule for the rollout.

PLEDIS Entertainment described the record as one built around the idea of a landscape of dreams. In its official English announcement, the agency explained that the album examines two sides of dreaming: fantasies that arise from the unconscious, and ideals that people hope to turn into reality. The music is meant to trace how these two kinds of dreams cycle and collide, blurring the line between what is real and what is imagined.

The company also framed Jeonghan and Joshua as dreamers who move between reality and fantasy, saying the two will offer an audiovisual experience shaped by the tension that builds as the boundary between those worlds begins to dissolve. A first teaser for the mini album was shared through SEVENTEEN's official channels on September 22.

Ahead of the October 19 debut, pre-orders for "DREAMSCAPE" opened on September 23 at 11 a.m. KST. The launch marks the first release credited specifically to the JxJ unit, adding another sub-unit project to SEVENTEEN's ongoing activities.
