TWICE's Dahyun Cast as Lead in New Romance Film "Clouds Roll Like Gureumi"

TWICE's Dahyun has been cast in one of the two lead roles of the upcoming film "Clouds Roll Like Gureumi" (literal title), a youth romance in which she will share the screen with actor Cha Woo Min. The casting was reported by Ilgan Sports on September 22, 2026, and the production company npio Entertainment responded by confirming that Dahyun and Cha Woo Min have indeed been cast as the film's leads. According to the report, the two performers recently completed the script reading.

The film is described as a youth romance about a man and a woman who constantly bicker with each other before gradually becoming a source of comfort. Dahyun will play Oh Gu Reum, an art major who meets rude behavior with even sharper wit, while Cha Woo Min takes on the role of Kim Jun San, a physical education student who specializes in swimming. The contrast between the two characters sits at the center of the story.

"Clouds Roll Like Gureumi" will be directed by Choi Sun Min, who previously co-directed several JTBC dramas, including "King the Land," "Miss Night and Day," and "Surely Tomorrow." The project marks another acting step for Dahyun, who has also appeared in the drama "Love Me," while Cha Woo Min was most recently seen in the drama "My Bias, My Boss."
