KQ Entertainment introduced the members through the pre-debut KQ Fellaz project. As ATEEZ, they debuted on October 24 with TREASURE EP.1 : All To Zero.

ATEEZ released TREASURE EP.2 : Zero To One and began their first international concert tour in early 2019. TREASURE EP.3 : One To All followed in June, and their first studio album, TREASURE EP.FIN : All To Action, arrived in October.

TREASURE EPILOGUE : Action To Answer closed the TREASURE era in January 2020. ATEEZ then began the ZERO : FEVER series, releasing three numbered EPs through September 2021 and ZERO : FEVER EPILOGUE in December 2021.

ATEEZ resumed international touring with THE FELLOWSHIP: BEGINNING OF THE END in 2022. They opened the THE WORLD series with THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT in July and released the Japanese EP THE WORLD EP.PARADIGM in November.

THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW was released in June. The studio album THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL followed on December 1 and became ATEEZ's first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.

ATEEZ performed at Coachella on April 12 and 19, becoming the first K-pop boy group on the festival's lineup. They began the GOLDEN HOUR series in May; GOLDEN HOUR : Part.2, released in November, became their second Billboard 200 No. 1.

KQ Entertainment announced on July 10, 2025, that all eight members had renewed their contracts for seven years. GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3 and its In Your Fantasy Edition were released that summer.

GOLDEN HOUR : Part.4 arrived on February 6, 2026, followed by Part.5 on June 26. Part.5 became ATEEZ's third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.
